Why a general warehouse gets peptides wrong.
Most 3PLs are built for t-shirts and phone cases. Small vials with lot numbers, storage temperatures and strict labeling rules break their process in three predictable places.
Temperature is an afterthought
Stock sits on an ambient shelf because there is nowhere else to put it. Here, temperature-sensitive products go into refrigerated or frozen storage at receiving, with no extra refrigeration fee.
Lots get mixed
Look-alike vials from different batches end up in one bin. We receive and store by lot, pick by lot, and record which lot shipped on every order.
Labels are someone else’s job
Relabeling through a second vendor adds a week and a chance for error. We label in house at receiving, so stock goes on the shelf ready to ship under your brand.

- Receiving by lot. Each inbound shipment is counted and recorded against its lot number and expiry date before it is put away.
- Refrigerated and frozen storage. Tell us the range your products need and they are stored there from day one.
- In-house labeling. We apply your labels to unlabeled vials during receiving, for your own brand or your wholesale clients’ brands.
- Lot-accurate picking. Orders are picked first expired, first out, and the lot is recorded on the shipment.
- Protective packing. Bubble pouch and mailer are included in the per-order packaging fee. Cold-chain packing is available when a shipment calls for it.
- Plain outer packaging. Parcels ship in unbranded mailers unless you supply your own branded packaging.

Daily shipping
Orders in by 12 PM ET are targeted to ship the same business day by USPS, at the actual postage rate.
We only work with research-use-only brands
We are a logistics provider, and we are selective about this category. It protects your brand, ours, and every other client in the building.
- Products are sold for laboratory research use only, and are not for human or animal consumption. Your site, labels and marketing have to say so consistently.
- No medical, therapeutic or dosing claims anywhere in your marketing. We review your store before onboarding and may review it again later.
- No kits that imply personal use. We do not assemble or ship products bundled with injection supplies.
- You own compliance for your products. Clients are responsible for the legality, labeling and marketing of what they sell. We may decline or end service for accounts that do not meet these terms.

Peptide fulfillment FAQ
What does peptide fulfillment cost?
The same public rate card as every other client: $3.90 for the first pick on an order and $0.60 for each additional pick, $0.40 packaging per order, $2.95 per pick location for storage with no extra refrigeration fee, and $0.50 per vial for labeling. Can you label unlabeled vials with my brand?
Yes. Labels are applied during receiving at $0.50 per vial, and that charge is billed only when the vial ships. You supply the label artwork or printed labels.
Do you supply the peptides?
No. Flow Fulfillment is a logistics provider. We store, label and ship inventory that belongs to our clients.
Which platforms do you connect to?
WooCommerce, Shopify, TikTok Shop and most other major carts. Most research peptide stores run on WooCommerce, and that integration is the one we use most. See WooCommerce fulfillment.
Do you ship internationally?
We process international orders at the carrier’s actual rate. Import rules vary by country and are the brand’s responsibility, including orders that are held or returned by customs.
Is the same-day cutoff guaranteed?
It is a target, not a guarantee. Orders received by 12 PM ET on a business day are targeted to ship that day.
Will you work with a brand that is just launching?
Yes, if the brand meets the research-use-only requirements above. There is no setup fee and terms are month to month.
